Common issues
- Invite link will not open: update to the latest version of Pallinky, then try the link again.
- I did not get my login email: check spam or promotions folders and make sure you entered the right email address.
- RSVP is not updating: close and reopen the app, then try again.
- Event details look wrong: ask the host to resend the event link or refresh the page.
What to include in your message
- Your device type and operating system
- A short description of the problem
- The email address linked to your account, if relevant
- A screenshot, if available
- The event link or event name, if the issue is event-specific
